Block Powers (command creation)

Some blocks give you potion effects (and don't worry, there are, of
course, creeper jump pads, although the tier 1 and 2 are about the same)
when you stand on them. In fact, standing on a sand block turns you
into sand!! However, there are also traps. They can set you on fire,
immobilize you, and even make you sink through them or crumble to
nothing! Not only are there powers and traps, but there are also charms.
Tier I charms activate when in your inventory. Tier II charms are twice
as useful, but only activate when you hold them. Some charms even let
you fly (Careful of fall damage though - it stacks even if you slow your
fall, oddly enough!) and one gives you a trail of fire! Check it out!



Note: This is my first command block creation that is worth putting here. I hope you like it, I put a lot of effort into it :D
