How to install Minecraft Maps on Java Edition

This is my new survival challenge, BoxSurvival.
The main aim of this challenge is to find a way out, but you also have some other challenges to complete at the same time.

RULES
1. NO HACKING
2. Play on at least easy
3. DO NOT BREAK THE GLASS TO GET OUT
4. DO NOT EXPAND THE BOX, DO EVERYTHING INSIDE THE BOX
5. DO NOT BREAK THE IRON DOOR

CHALLENGES
1. Make melon, sugar cane and pumpkin farms.
2. Find the hidden chest. Hint: cobble
3. Find all ores
4. Make some kind of XP farm or mob grinder
5. Build a 2 story house with 10 windows
6. Find the lever. Hint: X
7. Find the iron door to escape (you need to find the lever). Hint: cobble
8. Make an enchantment table
9. Get at least a level 15 enchantment
10. Make 10 bookshelves
11. Collect a stack of gunpowder
