you have to press the button under the brewing stand (camouflaging) 3 times one by one. Then throw 3 water bottles into hopper select your item and click the button only click the button after your first item has fully dissolved. there are two for your convenience

redstone dust > makes potion stronger
Glowstone dust > makes potion stronger
gunpowder > makes splash potion
gunpowder > dragons breath > makes lingering potion
(all recipes need nether wart first in exception to the potion of weakness)
