Firstly, credit to these fine gentleman for help with the build:

red made the first draft of the house (I later went over the composition and made it more colorful, as well as added a balcony).
lava helped me with the interior of the 2nd floor and did the interior of the 3rd floor by himself (the children's room).
This is one of my favorite builds I have done in a very long time. In fact, I am unsure which I like more-- Miekilli or this-- and for the past year, Miekilli has been my favorite build of all time. I feel I balanced the interior very well and included a ton of purpose into it; there are places for making, rolling, scoring, baking and cooling dough; there are tables to eat at under awnings; there is a counter to order bread from; I could go on. I also feel I did a great job making this build colorful without making it look too much so.
In short, I really like this build, which is why I made it available for download (one of the first non-terrain posts that I have included a download for in a very long time).
This build had a lot of inspiration from Novigrad, but also from Polish and German rowhouses. I wanted to make a very lively build that would be on the main square, give it a lot of atmosphere. The name, Brotgarten means 'Breead Garden' in German and is named after one of the finest bakeries in Berlin.
