This device is used to make a button act like a lever. (When you click it, the output will keep receiving power). This is great for powering something from different spots. One use I used this for was an elevator from the BetterThanWolves mod. Using this I could put a button on the top and the bottom, to make it go down when I'm upstairs, and up when I'm downstairs.
