Cactdale is a medieval town, built by myself ( PhoenixRising242 ) on EmpathyHeals ( 162.220.63.5:25745 ) the town is built in survival, where most players accumulate, I use Plotworld to teach workers blueprints.
I'm going to paste my BELCHES ( Better Empathy Land Claims and Historical Evaluation of Structures ) application from August 21 of 2015, a lot has changed since then, and continues to change, Gyazo links in the application are from August 2015, photos I later provide are from late 2016 - Early 2017 so heres my application from 2015:

Note: The /Warp to my town is /Warp MT <-- Edit, Its changed to /warp Cactdale
1. Schedule, Labor, & Materials:
As for my schedule, for the rest of my summer holidays ( I return to
school on september 1st ) I'm usually up at 9am to 12pm and I usually go
to bed around 1-7 ( AM ), When school starts I'll be home around 3:30PM
and I go to bed at 10PM ( 7 hours during weeks ) weekends: I'll wake up
around 9AM like on holidays, but go to bed at the same time ( 10PM )
Labor? I built my entire village myself, ( besides the new area I
adopted from Emily I took down most of it but left her stable behind ) I
am hiring builders to help out with the housing districts, roads, and
bridges, but my two builders so far are still being taught (
singingstarlett & minecrafta030904 )
Materials: I've probably used around 300-400 stacks of logs( all sorts )
stone(all sorts x-x ) and fences, dirt, ect for terra forming and
detailing, but my main blocks are wood and stone/cobble ;P
2. Proof:
I'll post gyazo links of parts of the village, and a short description
of what each part is at the very end of this thread/post ^-^ So don't
worry! I do have proof
3. Are you done yet?(Having atleast 20% Done):
I most likely have about 25-30 percent of my village done, although that
could increase/decrease depending on how big I set my max of enlarging
to, or how many more buildings I add it, I basically just add things as I
go and take suggestions and requests from village members, and
outsiders.
4. Claimblocks:
Ah, the dreaded claim block, as of now, I only need 990-1000
claimblocks, but my current issue is other peoples claims in the way,
and me having to wait 2 months/less (Thankfully they are already gone
for past the half way mark x3 ), for me to be able to ask our beloved
Empathy to help me out with that, but we'll get to that when we cross
that bridge ;P
