Cad City is a large city that was originally created on the Xbox 360 edition of the game in 2015, deleted in 2022, and remade on the Java edition in 2024. Both areas are included with the city creation and the city is still adding more businesses. You will now spawn in the front area and here's what the city includes.

Front Area: Raising Cane's, Gravel's Diner (former McDonald's), Walmart, Sam's Club, Target, Menards, Smiling Critters Hotel, The Krusty Krab, Toyota dealer, Ford dealer, Chevrolet dealer, Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep/Ram dealer, Chuck E. Cheese, DSW, Redgoose, Ross Dress for Less, Marshalls, UA Cinemas, Cookie Cats (former Hazel's Tacos/Orthur E Cheese's), Five Guys, CTF Studios, Mia's Cutie Bar, Rabie Baby's Nightmare Dinner Show (former ZOEYZONE), Barnes & Noble, Pushee Cafe, Five Below, Dick's Sporting Goods, Ulta Beauty, Burlington, Field & Stream, HomeGoods, Best Buy, T.J. Maxx, Petco, Planet Fitness, Kohl's, Poochini's Show & Fun, Cad City Mall, and Cad City International Airport
Back Area: Dillard's (The only-one outside of shopping malls), American Eagle Outfitters, Buckle, Bath and Body Works, Torrid, maurices, L'Occitane, Victoria's Secret, Aerie, Zumiez, Buick/GMC/Cadillac dealer, Hatcher Hotel, McDonald's, and Good Burger
