Press "F2" to take Screenshots. Ar the bottom left had corner it will say "Saved screen shot as *Date you took it on, time, and month, and year*

while in game, try to press f2, it'll show "saved screenshot as blablabla" something like that.
TIP: if you want to take a picture without your hand and hotbar, press f1.
