I built this on my faction server in survival mode, no cheats were used. Schematic will load in the north of where your standing. from ground level to top floor is a 26 block level change if you place high on your map and don't want clouds within your building you should be at level 105 or lower. Level 105 will get clouds to be just above the bookshelves
