I keep coming back to look at this, and I think that it's because the style isn't as over-the-top as some of the creations that appear on PMC. A lot of the high-diamond builds have so much decoration and facade that they look like over-iced wedding cakes. There's a lot to be said for subtlety, it can be used to accentuate other parts of your build, and drive focus toward a point that you create. Wish I could diamond it again.

I could not agree more, simplicity is the key ! And considering the scale of the blocks in Minecraft, reaching a good level of realism, like in this project, is really difficult.
