This is the imposing and foreboding Castle Grey, situation on the southern cliffs of the Firsthold Mountain range. It overlooks the Valinite city of Ironhould and is considered as one of the most impenetrable fortresses in Caelteria. Castle Grey has been in existance (within our lore) for about seven hundred years and has always been home to the Grey Order, an order of demon-slayers, knights, heros, and other reputable warriors who have taken vows of poverty and an oath to serve no nation alone, but all. They have gained a reputation for being fierce in battle, calm and collected, and seek out any abomination or demon to destroy it.

I started building Castle Grey about four months ago and it has been part of the larger project of Ironhould, the Valinite city. While Castle Grey is not part of the city's governing body, the Grey Order is widely regarded as the people to look to in times of crisis and thus have an informal role on the governor's council. They are currently lead by Grandmaster Arthurin Laythein, a Valinite warrior of great power and intelligence. The castle's style mimics a sort of baroque style construction but uses more Austrian style building materials and layout (lots of stone and reinforcement).

I have laid this out in such a way that you will see the project change and evolve over time, with hopefully the first picture representing the current state of progress.

Eventually I will make some Mytehrian ruins that will sit under Castle Grey, for which the order uses it as a sort of initiation grounds and will play host to a sort of 'dungeon' for our world.
