In the fourth stage I have built "Novotel" hotel, department stores "Junior", "Wars" and "Sawa", office house "Pod Sedesami" and the trading house "Sesame" (with McDonald).

In the background stood three towers, a post office, opera, cinema "Relax", and residential buildings at the Å wiÄ tokrzyska street.

There has also been added a big wall around the project.

W czwartym etapie, powstał hotel "Novotel", domy handlowe "Junior", "Wars" i "Sawa", biurowiec "Pod Sedesami" i dom handlowy "Sezam" z McDonaldem.
W tle stanęły trzy wieżowce, poczta, opera, kino "Relax", oraz budynki mieszkalne od strony ulicy Świętokrzyskiej. Powstał również wielki mur wokół projektu.
