This is a replica of the "Christ the Redeemer" statue found in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
I used the minecraft structure planner for this project.
I also used Google Earth for a 3D image of the statue as well as other pictures.
I am really surprised on how well this project turned out.
Of course the head I had to use different materials other than stone type blocks or it just would not have the same effect... so it looks a little out of place, nonetheless still content with the this turned out.

The head and bottom floor our complete.
Sure the head is a bit out of place, but it was the best way to get across that this was not just some random statue.
Also finished the bottom room (its sort of like a church thingy).
Really happy with the way this turned out.
