Suggestions for 1.15 version:
Beehive with 2 named bees on one of the surrounding islands
3 more dark oak saplings
A wither skeleton spawner either with the blaze spawner or on the soul sand island(id like the possibility of earning 5 more beacons)
A new island: outer shell of ice, filled with water and containing a drownd and guardian spawner
Start at lvl 0 not 11

Fix: you need 4 dark oak saplings to grow

find netherwart in chest. (chest of nether) place them in soul sand (soul sand is found in an island in the nether) wait for them to grow to the maximum age (to see the age, press F3 then look at the netherwart then see it's age) and you will get netherwart!

Smelt Wood for charcoal. Turn zombie villagers into regular villagers to trade for lapis (fishing for enchanted books is better) and with the villagers you can make can kill golems for iron or get iron from zombies
