This is a red stone device that allows you to do the 'Flip a Coin' decision.
  1. Pull the lever
  2. Wait about 4 seconds
  3. While doing step 2, look at the redstone torches.
  4. Pull the lever again
  5. Read the sign above the side that blinked last for what the coined landed on.
If Someone by any chance would want to help me and make a schematic for this that would be awesome.
