This build is for under ground and you need to be at least 15 blocks down from the surface with all areas surrounding the build (15 blocks area) need to be golum proofed by closing holes that they can spawn in. It is a combination of Trading/Ironfarm and a large storage area connected. When you place this build you will be standing in the center of it with it going north/south. It is rather large so plan with plenty of room.
