this tutorial is about using items in offhand and make them functional for example:
-if i put a torch in my offhand i get night vision and a smock particals appear on the torch
-if i put a sunflower in my offhand the time well set to day
-if i put a sugar in my offhand i get more speed

if i put a clock in my offhand this command well run (effect give @e[type=!player] slowness 1 255 true) like slow motion but you are normal.
