Your classical cozy cottage home transformed into a contemporary work of art. Certain features (stair detail in the entrance, big windows, furniture) stand out and give the build a contemporary feel.

3 bedrooms (2 guest 1 master), 2 bathrooms.

The house is situated in a forest/rural area and would most likely be used as a vacation home. It has a secluded exterior Jacuzzi that has a great view of the stars at night. It would also work well in a snow biome however it is currently situated in a forest biome. The house has 2 living rooms, 1 upstairs (formal) and 1 downstairs (entertainment purposes). The kitchen is small and simple, there are indoor (4 person) and outdoor (6 person) dining areas. The top floor has 2 guest bedrooms with personal heaters, wardrobes and a small chair.  These bedrooms share the single bathroom upstairs. Downstairs there is a corridor with a piano, leading to a room with a heated indoor tub (3 person). Next to that room there is the informal living room with a couch, glass table and TV. Next to that room there is a luxurious master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, walk-in wardrobe and small personal office. There is a large bed which has a TV facing it. The bedroom, area leading down from the stairs and the downstairs living area each have large windows with glass doors that lead out to a thin-long courtyard that has trash cans and a small seating area. The courtyard has stairs leading to a path that leads to the secluded jaccuzi area.
