It is a Cookie Rewarding Archery Range.

There's an archery range. You shoot the target, you get a cookie. Good Job.

Test your archery skills! Or just get cookies...

You can use this concept in mini games and adventure maps to allow a person to pass only if they can hit the target, or to give them food like cookies like in this.

Note, only wooden buttons will activate when hit with an arrow, stone buttons will not be activated.
