Have something to say?
find your .minecraft/saves file... if you haven't yet unhidden your hidden files (such as appdata) you will have to goto run> %appdata%. then, goto .minecraft, then saves, then find your world save file. then, if you have winrar or 7zip archive the file into a .zip file. .zip's are more preferable than .rar files. you one to use winrar or 7zip instead of your stock program because they work better. then, to publish the save file you would have to go to somewhere such as adf.ly or media fire (both are free) and upload it there, then you can post the link into your description and it will show up as a world save download link.
if you need any more help let me know, and i would be glad to help
Thanks,

it's really simple, if you have already put your save into a .zip, once you're a member of mediafire on the left it says upload. click the link that appears under it saying upload, not upload from web, find the folder (probably be better if you moved the save.zip to the desktop because you might have to find it again through a open folder program - which is a pain if your stuff is hidden. but you could always use recent places to find it again quickly) then depending on your internet, it will take anywhere from a couple minutes to half an hour or more to upload it.
the place to put your link to the folder is towards the very bottom of the submit project page
good luck
