I really want to download this but I use MCPE and I have MCC Tool chest. I'd really like a downloadable map for this instead of a Schematic.

Instead of commenting this under every post you see, you can also look up a quick guide on how to import schematics, so you can put it in a map yourself. This is free content. If you want to use it in a certain way, don't be so rude as to passive-aggresively demand a mapfile for it, which would cost a lot of extra work to the creator, just to please you, but rather just learn how to use schematic files, so you don't have to bother this creator with unfriendly and selfish comments. Trust me, using schematics is very easy. Just look up MCEdit or WorldEdit, and you could have these creations in a world within minutes.

Problem is i download this to convert it to Bedrock as I do not have the money nor the computer for Java

A quick google will suffice as there are plenty of tools that can turn a schematic into a world, then a world into a bedrock world.

You do not need a copy of the game to convert schematics with MCEdit. That is a standalone tool. And that also still does not take away from the fact that these comments are rude and unthoughtful. This creator has spent tens, if not hundreds of hours on something that he is making available for free, and you are leaving negative comments and asking the same thing under multiple posts because the format is not convenient to you. There are far more respectful ways to ask this, instead of commenting this and some unconstructive feedback under every post. Maybe the creator would even be willing to help you out, had you asked it nicely in a personal message, but this is just not the way to do it. This is free content that somebody spent their spare time on, nobody is entitled to it fitting their exact needs.
