Checkout my realistic rendition of Crete, the largest of the Greek islands, recreated at approx. 4096 x 3072. Three mountains dominate the island: the White Mountains in the west, Mount Ida in the centre, and Mount Dikti to the east. Between and around them sit green river valleys, rugged foothills, and a long sun-bleached coastline broken by bays and headlands. This is the island of Minoan palace of Knossos, so whether you want to raise a bronze-age palace or found a port city the island offers a rich history to gain inspiration from!
