You find it in your minecraft.jar and then in the art folder. Just replace it ;-)

How to install Minecraft Maps on Java Edition

Lvl 36 • Artisan Creeper Hugger

This is to improve your crossbow skills.
You simpy have to shoot the pics on the target and the redstone torch will glow if you hit.
Reload: Just take the fallen pic up and replace it in the middle of the target.
I have also replaced the one-block-paintings with crossbow targets.
