Well, for a start you need to add stone to them. Then you need to make them have bumps in them as no mountain ever has perfectly straight sides and you have to... have to make one side have a lower gradient than the other if this is going to be Mount Everest. I have some maps I made on world painter, look at them if you don't know what I mean.
