CUT OFF is nice made spawn with one main house for spawn area, rules signs, tutorials and other things. We left it empty so you can design it as you want. You have also 6 portals that you can use for linking different world/places together. Around spawn we made nice realistic mountains that has different abandoned houses, mines,.. Enjoy using it as your server spawn.
So far we didn't finish end of spawn area (place where mountains ends) so this is your job to do it :) make fence or just cut flat land away from spawn. Or continue building spawn your way.
