in this map i tried to remake the track Daisy circuit from Mario Kart Wii, i also tried to expand the city that can be seen in the background, this map is not finished, i started this project about a week ago while i was taking a break from my other projects, i hope you will enjoy my work

"Daisy Circuit is the first course of the Star Cup in Mario Kart Wii. It is a seaside resort. The course travels across a seaside town with a sunset background on a shore. The course follows Daisy's appearance, with various flower motifs found throughout the level. There is also a docking area with a lighthouse and cruise ships. Small baroque-style buildings can be seen from the background. On the track there are two circular fountains"

OK OK I got another: Piranha Plant Slide. Because that one's likely actually possible within a semi-reasonable amount of time.

I'm actually working on updating one of my sonic maps right now, i'll do more new stuff after i finish updating my existing maps

Was going to suggest Wario's Goldmine, but you'd beaten me to the punch on that one. Have you considered Daisy Cruiser, or maybe something akin to Yoshi's Island? I imagine the latter would be a significant undertaking but I can't help but feel curious.
