Ok. To Play you need to hit the buttons on the Dart Board each challange requires to hit a certain point of the board (means you gotta hit the part where the button is in a certain color) if you hit the right one it should shoot out a firework which it's color is the same as the button in, so if you finish a challange move to the next and so on until you finish all, then just switch to creative and pick all the arrows then try again if you wish.
