well this is Derbystone manor.
its a rather nice house on a cliff amidst a few mountains. i built it in a few hours on my friends server, the town where everyone else lives is in the valley below it.
it features a small farm, a well, a basement, all the necessities, a bedroom, and an enchanting/potion nook.

also since its on a server i cant supply a world save. sorry :c

i like this shade of blue... hmmm maybe ill write more with it. wait did i just write that. oh well i like this color so we will leave it here.

you know the owner, you might be able to use (or get him/her to use) something like world edit to create a schematic, or copy paste it into a new world.
