DeVion is a medium city that was originally created on the Xbox 360 edition of the game in 2014, deleted in 2022, and remade on the Java edition in 2024. All 3 areas are included with the city creation and the city is still adding more businesses. You will spawn in the middle area, and here's what the city includes.

Middle Area: Raising Cane's, Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep/Ram dealer, Chevrolet/Buick dealer, Subway (The first-ever one), Rabie Baby's Nightmare Dinner Show (former ZOEYZONE), Hudson-DeVion International Airport, Poochini's Show & Fun, The Krusty Krab, McDonald's, Good Burger, Burlington, and Five Below
Left Area: Kohl's, Menards, Scheels, Blayke Theater, Smiling Critters Hotel, Target, Ann Inc. combo stores, Pottery Barn Kids (former Pottery Barn Peepers), Williams-Sonoma, Pottery Barn, Evereve, lululemon, J. Jill, Anthropologie, Kendra Scott, Lovesac, Warby Parker, and L'Occitane
Right Area: DeVion Ridge Mall, Walmart, Redgoose, Gravel's Diner (former Hazel's Tacos), Pushee Cafe, Mia's Cutie Bar, CTF Studios, UA Cinemas, and Hatcher Hotel
