I have done this a lot of times and just put in the seed(-671258039)and walk around and you'll find a village and in the blacksmith there is a chest with 2 iron chest plates and 9 diamonds. It will give you a traumatic head start. The cordinents are x: -370 z: 311 and voila you have 9 diamonds and protection and well a decent sized village. Have fun!

Additional Notes

There is a good sized ravine near the village well its under the ground somewhere near the village and the will provide you with obsidian. You will also have three biomes (jungle,desert,and tundra) to provide you with food and other resources.
