for the glowing windows, did you render it or use a texture pack to make them glow? I know that the text on the buildings are rendered, so im just wondering, since i've been searching for a long time for a texture pack that makes glass glow

since minecraft doesn't have many cyber blocks, he rendered it to make it look more neon i think. If he look the in game screenshot, it would look bad, and not glowing i think.

Dude calm down, it is a render, not an ingame taken screenshot. It means that it was import on a software to pimp it with the lights, fog ... and lots of thing. And even if it's not the game, can't you like the beauty of it ?

is this a minecraft map or a real picture?
Because
-There are no red lights in minecraft
-The words in your map is smooth
example:

DISTRICT17,SATURN 3000
Because in the minecraft worlds it's not smooth because it's blocks
