The Dominion of Aguin is situated in the middle of a vast ocean, fishermen discovered it in the late period and settled the island. They fished during the summer and stayed on the island then disembarked during the cold winter months when the island froze over only to return again when the ice had thawed. The crown colonised the island officially soon after this establishing a permanent fort on the island. This allows them to control the surrounding sea lanes.

The Islands

The main island is the island of Aguin while there are many separate smaller islands surrounding the northern coast of the Aguin. Fishermen prefer to stick to the relatively shallow and calm waters of the northern coast compared to the rough ocean in the south.
