The E/A-6B Prowler is a modification from the A-6 Intruder. It has been updated with powerful electronic warfare suites, while maintaining its ground attack role. The latest of the E/A-6B Prowler is the ICAP III or Improved Capability - generation III. It is the last of the E/A-6B family. This aircraft is slowly being phased out of the Navy after 30+ years of service by the E/A-18G Growler
