Eclipse Yacht

The Eclipse is a medium yacht (86L x 15W x 28H) and my first attempt at making a ship in minecraft. The design started as a compilation of assets from real yachts, and was then modified for minecraft scale. The entire project was done using the Continuum shader pack and default texture pack: I recommend viewing with the medium version of the shaders for the best balance of asthetics and performance.

A big focus point for this build was having a fully fleshed out interior; this build is not just a hull with empty rooms! The bottom deck is equiped with ample storage and a crafting room with nether access. The second floor is a bar/restaurant with a conference room, with access to the front deck via stairs. The third level houses the lounge, master bedroom, as well as stairs to the bridge and top deck.

This yacht is currently undergoing interior and exterior renovation, and will be re-released as the Eclipse II upon completion. Please feel free to leave any suggestions/comments!

The sugar cane behind the main deck stairs needs water to survive! Unfortunately, MCEdit tends to forget this - if they dont survive the paste into your world, there is a water channel hidden in the wall next to the sand blocks that will need to be refilled.
