The Sister Hotel of Park Avenue the Eddystone hotel was built in 1924 right next to Park Avenue, it was also abandoned and labeled as an eyesore much like its sister.
as of this being released the Eddystone Hotel is nearing completion of being converted into a high-end apartment building.
