Eeyore Pixel Art

So I have only really done a couple pixel arts on minecraft, i find them very annoying at times. But i wanted to attempt some, first i started working on one of the Genie from Aladdin, but my count was way off and i hit the height limit at the midsection (starting from the tail). It actually turned out pretty cool looking but i don't count an unfinished build as complete. So i have done 3 pixel arts in all and the first was the shroom from Mario, 2nd was for doreeworld Veterans buildoff, a 1st cavalry Patch pixel, and now the 3rd. Eeyore.

Let me know what you guys think. I am still just in the beginning stages of getting to know how to make them look. (btw, i do not use a pixel generator i just go off a picture and try to count out the blocks to make the pixel work. I do not like how the generators looks, way too blury for my liking.)
