Elder Scrolls - Oblivion Resource Map

There's a ton of Elder Scrolls projects on here so I made a resource map for those people looking to recreate portions or the entirety of Cyrodiil. Included in the download is the province of Cyrodiil + the Shivering Isles expansion map south of the mainland. The map is completely flat so some serious terraforming will have to be put into this map but I'm interested to see what people will make of this.

I made this map with Worldpainter and changed the opacity on the application so it was transparent and I was able to trace the actual in game map of Cyrodiil and Shivering Isles in WorldPainter so the dimensions of the map are pretty accurate. The water level is set at 16, ocean floor is set at 4, and land is set at 17 (I set the land level pretty low so tall builds and mountains would be possible). Hope you guys enjoy the map!

To make applications transparent I used a program called: Actual Transparent Window
