I made this minimalistic house today and it was pretty good. I made this on my own singleplayer world and I think I will make a schematic for it (If Anyone Would Really Want To Download MY Work :P). I like how you started implementing the ideas of layering wools.
Try applying it more evenly with balance. For example in the last picture, you have this squared window popping out, which looks slightly unbalanced. You need to balance it somewhere so that it doesn't look unbalanced like it appears in the screenshot. Pillars are usually nice.
