Elfsong Tavern from Baldur's Gate [Complete][1.2.5]

A 1:1 scale recreation of the Elfsong Tavern from Baldur's Gate. Legend has it a ghostly female elf can be heard singing a lament for a lost lover within it.

Making Of

As the builds get smaller, they get harder. Massive builds like the Hall of Wonders or the Duchal Palace have a margin for error due to their size, but for smaller buildings, a block bigger or smaller is a big difference. I found that out the hard way with the first draft of the Elfsong. After finishing, I found it was significantly smaller than Sorcerous Sundries, which didn't sync with the map. I ended up widening all the arms of the building by four blocks, which bulked the whole up considerably, putting it on part with Sundries.

Additional Notes

For best results, load with 1.2.4/1.2.5 Minecraft. Schematic makes use of half-blocks attached to undersides.

Redistributing it as is, without credit, is a no-no, but if anyone wanting to make a Baldur's Gate themed adventure map would be interested in using it, contact me. I would gladly like to aid such a worthy cause.
