The beating heart of the Elven kingdom, this city is alive in every sense of the word.
Ellesméra is the captial of Du Weldenvarden, a forest that encompasses the north-east of Alagaësia. It is built around the Menoa Tree, the largest tree in Du Weldenvarden.
It has been protected by Gilderien the Wise since the time of Du Fyrn Skulblaka.
