Thanks for checking out my map!
This map was used on my server from Minecraft 1.0-1.2.5. Instead of just throwing it out, and with the inclusion of emeralds in 1.3, I thought I'd spread emeralds in chests around the map and create a scavenger hunt game for random people like yourselves to play. There are about 83 emeralds on the map, give or take a few if I miscounted.
You can also use the map as a normal map if you want as well, just note that none of the new features in 1.3 are on the map (we only generated out map_0, so if you go outside the boundaries you should get new stuff).
Have fun!
There are a few additional rules on the welcome board at the spawnpoint.
There is one structure that is above the old 128 block height standard, so make sure to set the server height to 256 if you want the emeralds in that structure.
