This door is a standard 3x3 piston door but it's activated using a pufferfish sensor. As long as the player stands near the pufferfish, the door will open and remain in this state until the player leaves the pufferfish's vicinity.
I have updated the world file to include a .nbt file so you can copy-paste this door into your builds. (In the world folder: generated > minecraft > structures) Loading the structure will generate it at the floor level, starting at the first row of concrete blocks.
