Ok this is not a copy of ACtennisAC's eye scaner!
1.i did not use a proximity detector.
2.i used command blocks
3.mine is a private eye scanner (only you can get in)
so please dont say in the comments that i stole it!
though i did get the idea from him.
if you have never heard of ACtennisAC he is an amazing redstone machine creator only 8 or 9!
*added download sorry for delay
*put the commands into 1 command block so it should work now

it will not work ! becouse the command block with the name will check if the name is in this world the second command block checks if ther player near it but could be that the player in this world but not eye scaning

you get it ?

you just need to make them into 1 command block !

command : "/testfor @a[r=3,name=<your name>]"
