Faction spawn v2 [Commission]

Team LattyBuilds here with another commission. This is majorly upgraded version of previously made faction spawn here.
The structure has been expanded to fit in lakes, residential, farm, 
park and market areas inside. Farm area serves purpose as neutral mob 
fighting area, market area for shops and lakes for fishing. In front of 
the spawn structure is customly terraformed area with bridges, towers, 
ruins and peaceful farms.
