Factory Mills is located in the fictional small town of Plains Run. Built in 1923 this sprawling paint factory was converted into an indoor/outdoor shopping mall in 2014 when it was bought out by the HG property group with hopes of creating a world class shopping experience that retains the history of the buildings. With everything from name brands to small shopping as well as luxury apartments.
