i know that use the command "/summon FallingSand"
and break bottom piece using "/testforblock ~ ~ ~"

Now this is with /testforblock command. I didn't think about it first I build it :P Thanks for telling me that i could do it with testfor :)

I made this easier than that :P It doesn't use testforblock. It just uses redstone torch xd
And yeah, it's easy.
