Well, after playing through all, or most of Fallout 4, and finishing all of the factions Brotherhood Railroad etc. I thought it would be neat for me to build something in minecraft so I started with one of the earliest encounters, the Red Rocket station where you find dogmeat. This is my main base of operations in the game so I have an idea of what I wanted to build. 

NOTE: not everything will be perfectly represented (I am open to ideas)
