Scientists have created a fallout simulation to test how far the steve can get in a apocalyptic scenario. You spawn on an island in the middle of nowhere, left to see how you react in a nuclear bomb wasteland. Most of the grass is gone and ground 0 is full of radiation, its up to you to explore the island and see how much different life is living in nuclear fallout.
