This redstone device converts a 4 bit binary number into a decimal number in a very short delay (<= 4 ticks, though I need to recalculate that :S).
Description
The 4 levers represent the inputs. The least significant bit/lever is the nearest to the output torches (on the bottom on the screenshot). The most significant bit/lever is the uppermost lever on the screenshot.
