I have created a very fast item transport system with slime blocks, sticky pistons, and packed ice. In the video, I am comparing my mechanism to the dropper system, which is the fastest single item transporter. Here are the pros and cons to both mechanisms:
My creation:
Pros:
Dropper System:
Pros:
Cons:
All in all, I would suggest building my creation for item stack transport and for less noise. I have not created or uploaded a world for people to study the mechanism, but I will be making a tutorial later.
I have created a very fast item transport system with slime blocks, sticky pistons, and packed ice. In the video, I am comparing my mechanism to the dropper system, which is the fastest single item transporter. Here are the pros and cons to both mechanisms:
My creation:
Pros:
- Very efficient and quick to transport stacks of items.
- Almost no noise.
- Faster than all transportation systems excluding the dropper system.
- Only a tad bit slower than the dropper system in single item transport.
- Resource intensive (LOTS of slime).
Dropper System:
Pros:
- Fastest single item transport in the game.
- Easy to build and does not require many resources.
Cons:
- EXTREME amounts of noise.
- May lag world.
- Cannot transport stacks of items as fast as my creation.
All in all, I would suggest building my creation for item stack transport and for less noise. I have not created or uploaded a world for people to study the mechanism, but I will be making a tutorial later.
